Why buyers choose Water Bottle

Bottle-mount housings use the bosses every frame already has. There is no bracket to design, no dock to fit, and no change to the frame silhouette — which makes them the cheapest route to a second pack or a longer range on a commuter build.

We tool two bodies. ALX054 takes 40 x 18650 on a 215 mm tube or 52 x 18650 on a 280 mm tube. The longer ALX105 carries a keyed lock on a separate base plate, so the pack can be removed and left secured. Both ship as empty shells — cells, BMS and harness stay with you.

Popular on step-through frames, small-wheel commuters and older bikes being converted, where the down-tube is either absent or already occupied.

How many cells fit in a Water Bottle battery case?

Across our 2 Water Bottle housings the largest mould takes 52 cells on 18650 and 30 on 21700 — the same mould physically holds fewer of the fatter 21700 format. Cell count per model is listed on each product page.

Can I order a single Water Bottle case?

Yes — MOQ is one piece on every model in this series, quoted within five hours. Single-piece orders ship from stock for the common moulds; rare configurations are moulded to order.

Can a water bottle case run a 48 V pack?

Not from our range. A bottle-format case holds too few cells for a 48 V pack at useful capacity — 36 V or 24 V is the realistic ceiling. For 48 V you need a downtube or rear-rack case.
